Macey Moore is the Owner of RE/MAX Horizon Realty.  She is a graduate of University of Wyoming with a degree in finance.  After 12 years in corporate finance, working on real estate investments on the side Macey decided to commit herself fully to real estate and hasn’t slowed down since.  Macey is passionate about real estate; from single family homes, existing or new construction to development, investment property, and commercial property helping her clients fulfill their dreams is what it’s all about. 

On a personal front Macey is married to Keith a fifth generation Wyoming rancher, together they have three children.   An active household they spend their free time hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and caring for the animals that make their way to the ranch house.  Running is a constant in her life and Wyoming provides training grounds of plenty.   Active in Douglas Sorority a nonprofit women’s organization and on the Board of Directors of Bobbi’s House, giving back to our community is both a personal and company focus.

Parker and Julie Moore are the previous owners of RE/MAX Horizon Realty.  Parker has remained with the team as the Broker and Julie is an active salesperson.

Parker has been a real estate licensee since 2000 and has progressed through being a salesperson to being an owner and then on to being a responsible broker.  He has all of these roles to draw on for experience and is a great asset to the team as the Responsible Broker.  He was Douglas Board of Realtors President in 2007 and was also honored to be named Realtor of the Year that same year.  Parker is looking forward to continuing to provide the support and commitment this team needs to take it to a new level.

Julie is an Associate Broker that specializes in residential sales.  She has been licensed since 2004.  She has experience in mortgage lending, title company closings and now brings her additional years of real estate sales to the table.  She enjoys helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  Her varied experience in the real estate field makes her a great resource for not only her clients but her colleagues as well.

Parker and Julie enjoy traveling together and spending time with their combined family of four children and three grandchildren.

Jim Willox is a University of Wyoming graduate and an associate broker who has worked with RE/MAX Horizon since August of 2001.  A Douglas native, Jim enjoys the chance to introduce people coming to the area to his hometown.  After growing up on a ranch south of Douglas, Jim saw working in real estate as a good challenge.  “I really enjoy the unusual transactions, where we have to be creative and work outside the box to help the buyer and sellers close the transaction” said Willox.  “Buying or selling property is a life changing event for most people, I want to help make that transaction rewarding for my clients.”
Jim is active in the community as a certified basketball official, USA Wrestling mat official, member and past officer of the Douglas Moose Lodge, treasurer of the Douglas Board of Realtors and he is in his second term as a County Commissioner. 

Jim and his wife Tione have two sons, Bo and James.  Married and business partners for 17 years, they enjoy working together at RE/MAX Horizon.   Jim and Tione have also teamed up as small business owners including T & J Maxi Storage, and they own and manage some commercial and residential rentals.

Tione Willox is a Sales Associate teaming up with her husband Jim helping clients in Douglas.  Tione was raised in Lander Wyoming and has been in Douglas for over 19 years.  “I chose Douglas because of the friendly people I have met.  This is a great community and a wonderful place to raise my children.” 
Tione is a member of the Douglas Zonta Organization, Women of the Moose, National Association of Realtors, Wyoming Association of Realtors, and the Douglas Board of Realtors.  She has been involved in the Douglas public school system as a classroom volunteer and a substitute teacher for 13 years.  She has been active in the Douglas USA Wrestling program as a board member and pairing official for 7 years.   She also enjoys geo-caching, geology and rock collecting.

Lisa Van Den Heuvel is an Associate Broker for RE/MAX Horizon Realty.  She became interested in Real Estate when she started working for the Converse County Assessor’s office.  She enjoys being outside, meeting new people and seeing different landscaping and decorating ideas of the residents of Converse County.  Lisa is a fantastic member of the RE/MAX Horizon Realty team, and brings an abundance of joy and enthusiasm to the team.

Lisa truly enjoys all the aspects of Real Estate.  When assisting buyers in finding a perfect home for them and their families, she feels like she becomes part of their family in helping them to achieve the “American Dream.”   She walks you through the whole process of purchasing your home, from showing you homes, to helping with a list of inspectors, to answering any questions that you may have and being there for you through the day of closing.  Lisa likes to keep her relationships with her past clients.  She will drop by from time to time, just to say “Hi.”

When assisting sellers with the listing of their home, she gets to know them and makes suggestions on what would help them sell their home faster, what repairs need to be made and all around a general idea of what most Buyers are looking for when purchasing a home.  Lisa feels that communication is the key to a successful transaction.  She thinks that it is very important to stay in contact with all the parties involved including the lender, title company, appraiser and inspectors.

Lisa is a member for the Douglas Board of Realtors and their Secretary plus she is a member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. 

Lisa loves living in Douglas with her two sons, Zackery Myers who graduated high school in May 2009, and now has joined the U.S. Marine Corp. and Alexander Myers who will be graduating high school soon and will also be joining the U.S. Marine Corp.

The variety of activities Becky has been involved with brings useful experience to the Real Estate field.  She is a Broker Associate with designations of CDPE, SFR, Realtor and the 100% Club. She has been awarded Who’s who of Outstanding American Business Women as the owner of Bridal Elegance. She wants her clients, both buyers and sellers, to understand the process of home ownership. It is a great feeling to hear them say that selling or purchasing a home was so much easier than they thought!

Originally from northern Minnesota, she relocated to Douglas and married Randy a third generation rancher from this area. Together they worked the ranch south of Douglas and enjoyed the lifestyle while raising their two children.  Jessica lives and works in Phoenix and Sean is currently senior at The Ohio State University.  Although the kids were not active in 4-H, Becky chose to be a leader at the local level and judge at the state level.

She was associated and employed with CCSD#1 for 11 years first as a volunteer sewing teacher in the rural schools and later as a substitute teacher for the district. She really enjoys sports so when the opportunity presented itself to  work as an administrative assistant in the activities/athletic office she couldn’t pass it up. She continues to volunteer her time assisting various student groups.

Kristi Marcus

Sales Associate

Kristi Marcus is the newest addition to the RE/MAX Horizon Realty team. She is very excited to see all the benefits that the RE/MAX brand has to offer, along with all the expertise that the RE/MAX office can provide her and her clients. Kristi enjoys working with her clients, getting to know them and their families, sometimes even becoming part of their family. Kristi has had the pleasure of making great friends, from the clients she’s had the opportunity to work with.

Kristi has an interest in all the areas that real estate has to offer, from picking the perfect site for building the home of your dreams, to finding the home that you’ve been searching for. Coming from a family of contractors, she knows first hand about the construction side of real estate. Kristi and her husband, Ryan built their home, and Ryan has been a local contractor for more than 15 years.

In her spare time she enjoys photography, spending time in the beautiful Wyoming outdoors, cooking, and time spent with her family.
